Timesheet approval now shows schedule comparison inline
Managers reviewing timesheets can now see the scheduled shift alongside the actual clocked hours — no need to switch between views.
Timesheet approval in Urhere now shows the original scheduled shift side by side with the actual clocked time.
Previously, managers needed to switch between the schedule view and the timesheet view to check whether hours matched what was scheduled. Now both are visible on the same line — scheduled start and end times alongside actual clock-in and clock-out records.
What changed
- Each timesheet row now includes scheduled hours next to actual hours
- Variations (late arrivals, early finishes, missed clock-outs) are highlighted
- Managers can see the difference at a glance before approving
Who this affects
This update applies to all accounts using the timesheet approval workflow. No configuration is required — the comparison view is on by default.
What to do
Log in and open Timesheets from the main navigation. Timesheets pending approval will show the updated view immediately.
If your team is not yet using the clock-in feature and relies on manual timesheet submission, this comparison will show the scheduled hours only until clock records are available.
