Clock in and out
Staff clock in at the start of a shift and clock out when they finish. Clock-in data goes straight into timesheets.
Request leave
Employees submit leave requests from the app — selecting dates, leave type and any notes. Managers receive and action them in Urhere.
Shift notifications
When a schedule is published or a shift changes, employees receive a push notification. No need to log in to check for updates.
Shift confirmations

How the Urhere app connects to day-to-day operations
Schedule published
When a manager publishes a schedule, every employee on it receives a notification. They can view their shifts immediately from the app.
Employee clocks in
At the start of a shift, the employee opens the app and clocks in. The time is recorded against the scheduled shift and visible to the manager.
Leave requested
Employees submit leave requests through the app. Managers review and approve or decline in Urhere. The schedule updates automatically for approved leave.
Timesheet built from app data
Clock-in and clock-out times from the app are the source for timesheets. Managers review and approve — no manual hour entry needed.
