Device information may or may not be personally identifiable depending upon whether it is linked to the identity of the user.

  • We may disclose information that we collect through our websites or mobile applications with agents, affiliated businesses, State and federal government to help identify you for the purposes of COVID-19 contact tracing;.
  • In the event that our company or some of our assets are sold or transferred or used as security or to the extent we engage in business negotiations with our business partners, the information collected on our websites or mobile applications, including this site, may be transferred or shared with third parties as part of that transaction or negotiation.
  • If we receive a request from law enforcement officials or judicial authorities to provide information on individuals, we may provide such information. Yes, our website may include links to other websites (eg The Covid19 government related sites or links that facilitate your ability to post content to social media platforms). The privacy policy posted on the website you were visiting, if any, would apply to any information collection that occurred on that site. Our privacy policy applies to your activity on our site.

If we make any material changes to this privacy policy we will change the “last updated” date so that you can quickly determine whether there were material changes since the last time you reviewed the policy.

How will you manage feedback, queries and complaints

We have established an internal process for handling customer feedback, queries and complaints (including matters involving compliance with privacy laws).  This resolution mechanism is designed to be fair and timely to all parties and is free of charge.  If you have a query about our handling of your personal information, you should submit it in writing to the address specified below.  You will typically receive a letter or email from us within seven days which sets out an overview of how your query will be responded to.  We aim to resolve your query within 28 days of receipt.
